DELIVERY FEES

To receive an order (order minimum value $35.00) on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, you must have your order to us by 7.00pm Sunday evening. For orders to be received on Thursday or Friday, you must have your order to us by 12.00noon Wednesday. If you comply with these order deadlines and the Delivery Schedule below, your delivery will be made to you at the reduced delivery fee of $4.00+gst (Note: only in the Sydney Metro area and Blue Mountains).Please ignore the reference to Free Delivery Day in the Checkout area - we have new website currently under construction which will fix this hang over from our previous delivery fees. If you order outside of the order deadlines or you need your delivery to be made outside of the Delivery Schedule then you will be charged a Delivery Fee of $7.00+GST (Sydney Metro) for each 25kg of goods or 2 boxes. Please note that 24 hours notice is required so that we have the opportunity to obtain the freshest available produce to fill and pack your order (but, unfortunately, no Courier deliveries are available on Mondays any more).

Please note that the reduced delivery fee is only available to the Sydney metropolitan area and the Blue Mountains. All other areas of NSW outside of the above will be charged a delivery fee based on the courier fees charged by our courier company - please call us for a quote on 1300 558 312. Unfortunately, we do not offer an interstate delivery option.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS

In addition to the lower delivery fee, you can also qualify for Volume Discounts of 5% off any order over $100 and 10% off any order over $200. To be eligible all you need to do is have your order to us by the cut-off days and times outlined above and we will apply the discounts to your Tax Invoice that accompanies every delivery! Please note that Volume Discounts will no longer be applied to an account where there is an amount outstanding for longer than 7 days.

The website prices and availability of fresh produce are updated each FRIDAY, usually by 8.00 pm. Simultaneously, our weekly Organic Food Update is e-mailed out as a courtesy service (you can unsubscribe from this at any time by following the prompts contained in the e-mail). The e-mail details the best of the fruit and vegetables that will be available for the coming week as well as the Specials that will be available. Any new or previously out of stock grocery lines are also mentioned.

MINIMUM ORDER - $35.00. (Delivery charge is extra)

DELIVERY CHARGE - Maximum 2 boxes - 25 kilos (additonal boxes/weight incur an additonal fee).

Monday (afternoon) - CBD, Eastern Suburbs (Kings Cross to Vaucluse & all suburbs on east side of Botany Rd down to Maroubra)
Tuesday (afternoon) - Thornleigh to Hornsby, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Blue Mtns & Nepean. Central Coast & Illawarra via Courier.
Wednesday (afternoon) – West from Pyrmont to Parramatta incl Newtown & environs, Ryde/Eastwood District, Pennant Hills out to Kurrajong and surrounds (includes the entire Hills District) and all areas along Windsor Rd. Central Coast via Courier.
Thursday (afternoon) - Surry Hills, Redfern, Eastern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs (incl the Shire). West of Parramatta, Merrylands to Liverpool, out to Camden and then all suburbs to Luddenham. Central Coast & Illawarra via Courier.
Friday (afternoon) - Blue Mtns, Lithgow, Bathurst, Orange & Nepean Valley. Central Coast via Courier.

Of course you can have your order delivered on any other day of the working week outside of the Schedule above except Monday (Ad-Hoc Courier Deliveries are not available on Mondays). Simply state the day you would like to receive your order and we will deliver it via our Courier service for a fee of $7.00+GST (suburban area). Please give us 24 hours notice so that we have a chance to obtain fresh produce and to pack your order.

Regrettably, interstate orders can no longer be accepted.

STANDING ORDERS

We offer a service where you can advise us that you would like a specific order delivered to you every week or every fortnight. These are called Standing Orders and saves you the trouble of remembering to place your order by the cut-off. To start a Standing Order all you need do is call us on 1300 558 312 and one of the friendly Abundant Organics staff will be more than happy to assist you.

WEBSITE UPDATES

Please keep in mind that if you place an order before the website is updated on Friday evening 8.00pm (for delivery the following week), the availability of some fresh produce, and prices, may vary from one week to the next. This is especially true for products that are on Special.

SEASONAL MIXED BOXES OF FRUIT &/OR VEGETABLES

Most people like to place a specific order according to their needs, but we also cater for those of you who would prefer to receive a mixed box of seasonal fruit and vegetables. As every household is different, and some families eat more fruit and vegetables than others, we offer a range of mixed boxes starting from as low as $35.00. Mixed boxes can be tailor made to suit your likes (and dislikes) and your budget. If there is a particular item/s that you do not wish to receive in your box, simply let us know by filling in the Add Comments About Your Order when you are going through the Checkout process. MIXED BOXES contain a seasonal variety of fruit, vegetables and salad items. We publish the contents of the $35 Mixed Box in our weekly e-mail as well as in the Mixed Box category on the website.

As we like to re-use/recycle our packing boxes, please leave them out for collection when we next deliver. We regret that for those of you who receive a delivery via our courier system, we are unable to accept the return of boxes.

Please let us know if you ever experience any problems with your order. If you happen to receive anything that you are not happy with (or find any goods missing), then just give us a call and let us know so we can rectify the problem. Please note that if you require goods to be sent in a manner other than via our delivery vehicles or our Courier service, outside of the delivery area mentioned above and the goods for any reason have to be returned, the shipping costs of those goods must be borne by you.

To advise us about any delivery instructions you may have, a specific delivery date that you have in mind, or anything else at all, simply use the box marked "Add Comments About Your Order" which is presented to you as soon as you hit the Checkout button. This box is a scratch pad which can accept as little or as much as you care to type in so please feel free to use it as much as you like to get your message to us. After all giving us too much information is always better than not enough!!

SAVING YOUR SHOPPING CART

The website now comes with an automatic feature which will save your shopping cart automatically for you if you leave your computer for more than a few minutes (as with most computer systems, a security feature comes into play which logs out any user that has been inactive for more than a few minutes). This feature does rely on you being logged into your account so that it knows who you are and can save your cart for you under your name. This feature is very handy where you are almost finished a long shopping trip on the website and the doorbell rings, or one of the kids needs urgent help. The website will save the cart and have it there for you next time you log back in! Then you can have a look at your cart to see where you were up to and continue shopping from there.

Remember - this feature will only work if you are logged into your account using your e-mail address and your password.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS are by MASTERCARD or VISA. AMERICAN EXPRESS is also accepted but please note a surcharge of 2% will be applied. If you choose Direct Deposit as the payment method and you are a first time customer, we also will require a credit card to back up the Direct Deposit or the Deposit must be made before the delivery can take place.
