Butter - Cultured Butter Gympie Dairy 400g

Cultured Butter is produced by first fermenting the Cream with a culture (similar to Yoghurt) and then churning the Cream into Butter. This is the method used in years gone by when the fermentation process was used to preserve the Cream before refrigeration was available. The process results in a creamier flavour for the Butter as well as a deeper yellow colour.
